Independent Prescriber – Bradford

We are looking for a qualified Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to join our Bradford team. This position involves delivering expert patient care while managing treatment plans independently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients within your prescribing scope.
• Provide consultations for acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medication and oversee treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

• Independent Prescribing qualification.
• Registration with the GPhC or HCPC (depending on profession).
• Experience in a clinical setting with prescribing responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills.
