Home Manager - Brand New Nursing Home – Great Yarmouth - £65,000
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
We are currently looking for a Home Manager (RGN or RMN) to join a fantastic new nursing home in Great Yarmouth..
The home is part of one of the region's leading nursing homes and they are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join and lead the team in this new state-of-the-art service.

The job duties for this role are:
* Provide leadership and direction to the home’s staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
* Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care.
* Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
* Manage the home’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
* Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy.
* Continuously monitor and evaluate the home’s performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
* Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
As a Home Manager (RGN or RMN), you will have:
* An RGN qualification or RMN qualification
* Current registration with the NMC and CQC
* Previous Home Manager experience leading an excellent home
