Are you an Experienced Home Manager looking for a new exciting opportunity? Our client is seeking a dedicated Care Home Manager to join their team near Evesham, and is commutable from Worcester, Cheltenham, Tewksbury and surrounding areas. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment providing Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care

As a Care Home Manager, you will:
- Manage overall running of a Nursing Home
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team, providing clinical guidance and training.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Lead quality assurance and champion resident wellbeing.
The Care Home Manager role comes with a comprehensive package, including:
