Are you an experienced Clinical Psychologist looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? We are seeking a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist to join our Mental Health Acute Care Inpatient Services team in South Staffordshire.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, providing psychological assessment and intervention for individuals with complex mental health needs. You will play a key role in shaping service provision, offering psychological formulations and leading interventions that support individuals in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct specialist psychological assessments and develop evidence-based interventions.
* Provide psychological support to service users, their families, and carers.
* Offer consultation, supervision, and training to other professionals within the team.
* Contribute to service development, research, and audit to improve patient care.
* Work autonomously within professional guidelines while collaborating with the wider team.
What We’re Looking For:
* HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist.
* Postgraduate doctoral-level training in Clinical Psychology.
* Significant experience working with individuals experiencing complex mental health difficulties.
* Strong skills in psychological assessment, formulation, and therapy.
* Ability to provide clinical supervision and contribute to service development.
