Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 + Out of hours one week per month (additional payment of £200 per week of on-call)

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting a Care Coordinator on behalf of our client, based in Ealing. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring that customers receive top-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Your exceptional organisational and communication skills will be key in effectively coordinating our care assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care assistants to ensure timely and safe delivery of care to customers.
- Manage customer referrals and process changes to care needs.
- Schedule care assistants according to customer preferences and availability.
- Arrange cover for staff absences and holidays.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
- Liaise with other health and social care professionals to deliver high-quality homecare services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Experience in domiciliary care for at least 2 years.
- Coordinating experience is preferred.

Additional Requirements:
- Valid driving license with fewer than 6 points, Class 1 business insurance, and current MOT if using own car for business purposes.
- Satisfactory enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), formerly known as the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB).
