This role offers a competitive salary of £23 per hour, plus paid breaks, amounting to an annual salary of £57,408. You'll also benefit from a supportive team environment and the opportunity to work in a GOOD rated care home, with a maximum of 26 nursing clients.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the nursing and care teams
- Conducting clinical audits and ensuring excellent medicines management
- Lead by example, providing strong leadership and staff supervisions on the nursing floor
- Working full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week (4 days from 8am-8pm), working 24 hours leading on the floor, and 24 hours supernumerary time.
- Ensuring high standards of care for nursing, residential, and dementia residents
The package for the Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager includes:
- Annual salary of £57,408
- Hourly rate of £23, plus paid breaks
- Full-time day shifts, 48 hours per week
