Time Recruitment is pleased to be representing our client in their search for a Deputy Manager for their residential nursing home in Coventry, Warwickshire. The home offers personal, nursing and end-of life care. They are part of a well respected care group who have over 28 care homes in total.
The home features 29 bedrooms, lounge and dining areas, and a large, landscaped garden, with a highly skilled team in place this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established care team.

Duties for the deputy manager include:
- Daily walk around
- Management of care staff
- Overseeing the clinical nurses and offering direction
- Supervision and appraisals
- Medication rounds, ordering and audit
- Risk assessment and safeguarding
- Palliative care
- Assisting with admissions
Requirements for the deputy manager include:
- NMC qualified
- Experienced and knowledgeable in palliative care
- 1 year leadership experience - ideal for senior nurse or clinical lead
