We have an opportunity for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our Laburnum Dental Care, in Wilmslow. About the role and practice Located in the Wilmslow, our Laburnum Dental Care has been established in the beautiful, leafy Handforth, since 1979. Their aim is, and always has been to provide high quality dentistry in a modern and caring environment to all members of the local community. We provide clinical excellence in dentistry and our renowned services and dental expertise are utilised in our skilled approach to the individual needs of each and every patient. No previous dental experience is needed for this role. If you have a genuine interest in health and well-being, are passionate about delivering great service, and looking for a career where you can learn, grow and develop, then this could be a perfect fit for you. 34 hours Monday -Thursday 8am - 5.30pm Flexibility to work Saturday mornings once a month, as well as occasional Wednesday evenings Training supported by our highly experienced team - your course will be overseen by an external course provider and is fully funded by PortmanDentex Include Parking if available About you We welcome your application to our Trainee Dental Nurse vacancy if you have the following skills and qualifications: GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above are essential to undertake the course Enjoy working as part of a team, and are a good communicator who thrives upon delivering excellent standards of patient care Happy to be a key player in the team providing chair-side assistance, ensuring that the correct materials and equipment are available during each clinical session Comfortable learning to perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures What do you get in return?
