Our Theale based client is recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator for a 3-6 month temporary booking based in Theale. This role is purely office based. You will need excellent excellent Excel skills, strong administration ability and good customer service skills. You will be required to work shifts Monday- Friday between 8-6PM - i.e.. 8-4/9-5/10-6 this would be on a rota basis.Please only apply if you are flexible regarding hours of work. The role Proactively supporting the backend administration processes of all workstreams. Manually attach and issue service reports to customers as each job is completed. Assist with the high-level validation process to ensure job closure. Provide admin support for the receiving and processing of purchase orders. Supporting and responding to Finance queries and administration relating to service delivery across all functions. Maintaining existing Excel based templates and regularly updating them. To Work with various areas of customer service to support demand, optimisation, and real time service progress by supporting demand overflow when required. As a customer focused organisation all employees are expected to acquire basic product knowledge and take responsibility for providing effective front-line customer support by answering telephone calls or emails when required The Person Strong communication skills Intermediate IT skills to include Excel, Word and Outlook Strong attention to detail Self-motivated with a flexible can do attitude Good inter-personal skills, must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually
