Our client is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team based in Tamworth. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and ensuring that they are accurately entered into the system. You will ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly in a professional and courteous manner, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. Please note you must have access to your own transport due to location. Duties for the Customer Care Coordinator will include but not be limited to the following: * Obtain and process customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms * Confirm orders with customers and verify that all necessary information is accurately entered into the system * Liaise with other departments to ensure that orders are shipped timely and accurately and that stock levels are accurately updated. * Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, product information, and pricing * Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and proactive manner. * Offer product recommendations and alternatives to customers when necessary * Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide customers with accurate information and current promotions * Continuously maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions * Process payments and refunds The ideal candidate for the Customer Care Coordinator role will have the following: * Strong problem-solving skills - ability to quickly understand customer inquiries and find solutions * Attention to detail - ability to accurately enter customer information into the system * Proactive approach to customer service – taking initiative to resolve customer issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals * Experience using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Hours for this role are 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.
