Your main role will be to deliver outstanding customer service and support to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty across the business. You'll be the go-to person for customers, handling their queries, sorting any issues, and making sure they have a positive experience every step of the way. This role would really suit a hands on, adaptable individual who is open to the change of a growing business. Responsibilities of the Customer Care Coordinator: * Building relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering a good service at all times * Answering calls and emails promptly and professionally * Input orders accurately into the ERP system * Processing orders and keep customers informed about shipping dates, potential delays, and any additional information * Generate invoices and coordinating with couriers as necessary * Log all customer feedback, process returns efficiently and keep customers informed * Develop an understanding of the company's products or services, staying updated on features, pricing, promotions, and policies to offer accurate information and make suitable recommendations to customers * Collaborate with and support other teams, including sales, purchasing, and technical support, to address customer issues and contribute to enhancing overall customer care processes Requirements of the Customer Care Coordinator: * Excellent customer service skills/experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong problem-solving and organisational skills * Ability to multitask and prioritise workload * Proficiency in Microsoft Office If you are passionate about customer service and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
