Your main role will be to deliver outstanding customer service and support to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty across the business.
You'll be the go-to person for customers, handling their queries, sorting any issues, and making sure they have a positive experience every step of the way.

Responsibilities of the Customer Care Coordinator:
