Customer Care Coordinator
Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
We are currently working with a reputable building company who are expanding their customer service team and seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join the business.
Your key requirements are to provide efficient and professional customer service to all customers ensuring first class satisfaction as well as offering support to the customer care department as a whole.
You will be required to have solid experience working in a demanding customer service environment, dealing with a wealth of incoming enquires, working to resolve any complaints or direct where necessary whilst remaining professional and amenable.
This role will require you to liaise with a number of departments within the business including purchasing, directors, site managers and third party businesses, therefore you will need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Main Duties:
•Dealing with incoming calls, post and emails relating to Customer Care •Validating complaints and resolving problems quickly and efficiently, seeking direction where required •Co-ordinating Customer Care Technicians, suppliers and sub-contract trades to resolve issues and make appointments for attendance, through the co-ordination of diaries •Checking and ensuring work has been carried out to the customers satisfaction •Updating and maintaining records •Bringing persistent faults to the attention of...
