As the Clinical Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to younger people with complex mental health conditions and needs.Qualifications
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Extensive experience in CAMHS or working with individuals with complex mental health
  • Proven leadership and clinical management abilities within a mental health setting, preferably CAHMS
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Thorough understanding of pertinent healthcare legislation and regulations
  • Dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within clinical practice

Responsibilities
