As the Clinical Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to younger people with complex mental health conditions and needs.Qualifications
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin
- Extensive experience in CAMHS or working with individuals with complex mental health
- Proven leadership and clinical management abilities within a mental health setting, preferably CAHMS
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Thorough understanding of pertinent healthcare legislation and regulations
- Dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within clinical practice
