Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Services Manager to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services, ensuring high standards of patient care, and managing a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the clinical services team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and operational efficiency
Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery
Address patient concerns and feedback, implementing corrective actions as necessary
Oversee budget management and resource allocation for the clinical services department
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in clinical management or a related field
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Proficient in using healthcare management software and tools
Essential skills:

Must have valid NMC pin
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
