Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Services Manager to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of clinical services, ensuring high standards of patient care, and managing a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the clinical services team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery
  • Address patient concerns and feedback, implementing corrective actions as necessary
  • Oversee budget management and resource allocation for the clinical services department

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in clinical management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Proficient in using healthcare management software and tools

Essential skills:
  • Must have valid NMC pin
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial/ Leadership role
