Responsibilities:

<li>Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients, including medication reviews and optimisation.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy protocols.</li>
<li>Provide education and training to patients and healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>Participate in audit and research activities.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).</li>
<li>Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.</li>
