We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Newport.
About the Role
In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines for our patients. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Reviewing and verifying prescriptions
- Providing medication advice to patients and healthcare professionals
- Monitoring patients' medication use and identifying potential problems
- Developing and implementing medication management plans
- Contributing to the development and implementation of formulary policies and procedures
You will be
- A registered pharmacist with a minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a team player with a strong work ethic
