We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our growing team in Colchester. You will play a vital role in providing patient-centred pharmaceutical care, working closely with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Providing clinical pharmacy services, including medication reviews, reconciliation, and advice.</li>
<li>Working collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals.</li>
<li>Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.</li>
<li>Ensuring safe and effective prescribing practices.</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate patient records.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).</li>
<li>Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
