Key Responsibilities:

<li>Provide expert clinical pharmacy services to GP practices across the Blackpool area.</li>
<li>Conduct medication reviews and optimize treatment plans for patients.</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use.</li>
<li>Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement projects, and staff training initiatives.</li>
<li>Offer direct patient consultations for medication-related advice and support.</li>
</ul>
Essential Requirements:
<ul>
<li>GPhC registered pharmacist.</li>
<li>Experience in clinical pharmacy, with a preference for primary care experience.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li>
