Our care home, nestled in the picturesque town of Dartmouth in Devon, provides exceptional Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 79 residents, offering a serene and supportive environment where quality care meets coastal charm.

EARN A BASE SALARY OF £61,152 PER ANNUM AS CLINICAL LEAD (RGN)

Are you passionate about leading the clinical care for our older generation residents whilst ensuring that they lead a fulfilled lifestyle.

We’re looking for someone who’s dynamic, a great people’s person, kind, compassionate, a leader by example and someone who upholds the highest standards. RGN trained and with a around 3 years’ experience, whilst experience working in a care home setting is not essential. It’s your values that we’re really interested in to ensure that we continue to be the leading nursing home in the picturesque town of Dartmouth.

It will be our privilege to offer residential, dementia and nursing care for up to 79-residents and you will be at the heart of our business ensuring that our residents and their loved ones feel safe, well cared for and supported from assessment through to their day-to-day living. No two days are the same working with our team, residents, their families, healthcare professionals and members of the local community, but if you like variety where you can make a difference using your skills, knowledge, and passion we’d love to hear from you.

Contracted to 48-hours per week; 2-shifts on the floor and 3-shifts supernumerary.
