Clinical Director – Small Animal Veterinary Practice

We are working with a well-established, friendly small animal veterinary practice in the heart of Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, dedicated to providing high-quality care to their community’s pets. As their clinic continues to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and passionate Clinical Director to join their leadership team. As the Clinical Director, you will take on a key leadership role within the practice, managing the clinical team while maintaining a strong focus on excellent patient care and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring the services meet the highest clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of vets, nurses, and support staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical care.
• Oversee the clinical operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of service.
• Mentor and provide guidance to clinical staff, supporting their professional development and growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, practice policies, and best practices.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice, driving new business initiatives and service improvements.

About You:

• A qualified veterinary surgeon with a current RCVS membership.
• A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a clinical setting.
