Client Care Coordinator
at our head office in York. You will be working as part of a large, highly trained, dedicated and supportive team dealing with client calls and enquiries: You will be engaging in discussions with our clients about their issues, and you will need to be able to record, document all information in real time on our case management systems. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will undertake industry leading training to provide you with a detailed understanding of our key performance requirements and system and document management across multiple platforms Your IT skills will need to be robust, as you will be working between various Microsoft, CRM, and bespoke software platforms. Being responsible for your own portfolio of cases, you will provide pro-active case management through inbound and outbound calls to maintain regular contact with our clients and therapists. Having worked in mental health, or having an interest in psychological services is desirable but not essential as all training will be provided. Our Client Care Coordinator Team operate between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday, with expectation to work 1 in 5 Saturdays.
