Salary Range £23,500 - £24,500
On Call Benefits £20 per weekday evening £30 Friday evening £50 Weekend and Public Holidays
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Care Coordinator at Pineshield. The Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing care services for our customers. This includes account management, communicating with healthcare professionals and customers, ensuring efficient delivery of home care services, and providing excellent customer service. The Care Coordinator will be expected to participate in our on-call rota. See above for remuneration.
Qualifications & Experience Care Coordination experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of homecare services Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work effectively in a team Qualifications or certifications in healthcare or social care are desirable
