Breast Consultant Radiology

We are seeking a Consultant Radiologist to join a dynamic and dedicated Radiology Department within a leading hospital. You will work with the latest mammography equipment and have access to a comprehensive range of imaging services. The on-site Breast Unit provides both screening and symptomatic services, equipped with two mammography rooms, a dedicated ultrasound room, and facilities for vacuum biopsies.We welcome applications from consultants with either a sole interest in Breast Radiology or those who wish to undertake the Breast Radiologist role alongside other Radiology sub-specialties. For those interested, additional PAs may be available, subject to job plan review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert Breast Radiology services, including screening and symptomatic mammography, ultrasound, and biopsy procedures.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Contribute to the wider Radiology Department with opportunities to engage in additional sub-specialties.
• Participate in on-call services and training.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: £91,000 – £158,000 per annum, with annual increments.
• Generous Leave Entitlement: 32 days leave + bank holidays.
• Relocation Package: Up to £7,000 to assist with moving expenses.
• Housing Assistance: Support with accommodation costs, up to £250 per month to bridge the difference between current rent/mortgage and new housing costs.
