Advanced Practice Physiotherapist - Hemel Hempstead

We are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to join our growing team in Hemel Hempstead.
As an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to a diverse patient group. You will work autonomously, assessing and treating complex conditions, while also contributing to the development of clinical practice and service delivery. You will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with colleagues across healthcare disciplines to ensure holistic care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced clinical physiotherapy assessments, diagnoses, and treatments to patients with complex musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Develop individualized rehabilitation plans, including treatment protocols and patient education.
- Lead the management of long-term conditions, using advanced techniques and interventions.
- Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to other healthcare professionals and team members.
- Support in the development and implementation of service protocols and best practices for physiotherapy care.
- Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists, offering clinical supervision and professional development.
- Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with extensive experience in advanced physiotherapy practice.
- Demonstrated expertise in musculoskeletal and/or neurological physiotherapy with advanced clinical skills.
Salary range
- Up to £40 per hour
