An exciting & rare opportunity has become available to join a forward thinking & progressive organisation as a Regional Support Manager for their homes based in Scotland.

What makes a successful Regional Support Manager?

A nurse with an active PIN (RGN/RNLD/RMN) or exceptional experience in Nursing homes & an abundance of Nursing Home Management or peripatetic Home Manager experience. You will have a proven track record of turnaround experience (CI) and be passionate about supporting others to achieve mutual goals in an elderly Nursing Home setting . You will be forward thinking, a team player & be dedicated to providing the highest levels of care to residents at all times with a high level of knowledge on CI & all relevant Health & Social policies & procedures.

This role requires Nursing home experience therefore applications from supported living/domiciliary care/housing association management will not be considered.

What is the day to day role of the Regional Support Manager?

The primary role of the Regional Support Manager is to support the Home managers in their remit. This includes supporting them through CI inspections, people management, disciplinary matters, auditing & a general support for any issues that arise in the homes, you will be the first point of contact & the go to' person for every home manager that you will support.

As part of the role you will work from home along with travelling to the homes which are predominantly located in the Ayrshire/Glasgow area.
