Main Duties

Qualified Specialist: You should be a qualified (or currently in training) Specialist Community Public Health Nurse.
*
Health Promotion: Coordinate and lead health promotion initiatives.
*
Care Planning: Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive care programs.
*
Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
