We are currently recruiting for several Domiciliary Care Agencies in Berkshire.
We have the following vacancies available:
Domiciliary Team Leaders / Supervisors
Care Managers
Salary: £25k - £30k (DOE) + Outstanding Benefits (including pension, private health insurance, private GP)
40 hour Contracts, every other weekend , shift pattern 7.00 am to 2 pm or 3pm to 10 pm - On call 1 in every 8 weeks

Care Team Lead Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with both clients and staff.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, allowing for effective task prioritization.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing domiciliary care services.
Client Onboarding and Employee Training
On call experience desired with on call being 1 week in every 8
Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care provision.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
Possession of a full driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between client locations
