Assistant Manager Belfast Permanent (Monday Friday) 35 hours per week (On-call in emergency / exceptional circumstances) £30,076 per annum We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our care team to assist with the effective management and the delivery of Brysons Domiciliary Care Total Support Service in accordance with agreed aims and objectives, best practice principles and statutory and regulatory requirements. Some things you will be doing! Assisting with the management of the day-to-day operations of the service and deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence to meet the requirements of the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority and the Northern Ireland Social Care Council Working closely with the Team Leaders and Registered Manager to develop and manage rotas, identify gaps and opportunities to develop and grow the service based on unmet need. To assist with On-call support out of hours in cases of emergency / exceptional circumstances.
